Q:How do I know if my order has been received?
A: If you provided us with your email address when you placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that your order has been received by AGXGOLF. A: After you have submitted your order, you may be able to make changes or cancel your entire order. Q:What if the item I ordered is Out of Stock?
A: In the event that an item purchased is out of stock we reserve the right to refund the buyer purchase price and any shipping charges that applied. We will however do our best to provide the product ordered or offer a suitable substitute.
Q:What should I know about Shipping?
A: As stated in our mission we only charge for shipping. We do not believe that our customers should be charged a "handling fee". Our published shipping costs are for the Contiguous United States only! WE will quote a shipping price for our Customers requesting shipments outside of the Contiguous United States. For the most part The Actual mechanism for billing is as follows: There is a minimum FLAT RATE charge of $4.50, for a few items an additional 35 cents is added for each 1 pound of shipping weight. In most cases we have entered "0" as the weight for a product, so that you will not be charged any additional shipping cost for the items you have purchased and the shipping cost remains at the flat rate. And just to make it even a little better "WE WILL REFUND ANY AMOUNT OF SHIPPING COST OVER $10.00! So no matter how large your order is, the most you will pay for shipping is $10.00 dollars! Q:When can I expect to receive my order?
A: Most orders ship within 24 hours of purchase (orders placed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday will ship the following Monday). You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Typically, for items sent via USPS/UPS/FEDEX ground, the average delivery time is 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS (West Coast orders take one day longer). These estimates are based on the stated times provided by the Carrier (of course we cannot guarantee that the carrier will meet their commitment but they do get it done better than 99% of the time). Q:What are the policies for Returns and Exchanges?
*Returns: Item(s) may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided they are UNUSED and we receive them back in their original condition. We will refund the amount of the PURCHASE PRICE less any shipping costs paid by the seller, and in some cases a small restocking fee of no more than 10% of the purchase price . Q:What are the policies for Manufacturer Warranties?
A: GOLF EQUIPMENT WARRANTY - Thank you for purchasing our golf equipment. We’re dedicated to developing high quality products that include the latest technological advances designed to benefit golfers of all abilities. In the event of a problem with your equipment, please read the following information concerning warranty obligations:
Golf Club Limited One (1) year Warranty: We warrant that our woods, irons, wedges and putters will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase by the original owner. We will remedy any manufacturer's defect, malfunction or failure of these products during normal and proper use. Defects that conform to this warranty will be remedied by us in the manner provided below. We reserve the right to inspect returned merchandise for evidence of misuse miss-hits (a miss-hit is any use of a golf club that is other than contact of the golf ball with the face of the golf club head for its intended use) or alteration. This warranty is nontransferable and non-assignable.
Our Responsibility: Our responsibility under this warranty shall be to repair, replace or refund at our expense with no charge to the consumer; the products covered hereby which are actually defective, malfunctioning, or otherwise constitute a violation of this warranty. Our obligations of repair or replacement are conditioned upon the customer’s return of the defective products to American Golf Exchange at the address provided. In some cases Exact Model replacement clubs may not be available, in which case we reserve the right to replace or repair warranty golf clubs with golf clubs that are similar in design and cost, or to refund the cost of the defective golf club. for clubs sold as sets, said replacement, repair or refund is provided on a per club basis and said replacement, repair or refund applies only to the defective club. Any replacement, repair or refund of a defective golf club is limited to and shall not exceed the original (prorated) cost for the golf club. Repairs by others voids this warranty.
Care and Cleaning of Clubs: Metal woods and irons may be cleaned in soap or mild detergent solution. Abrasives and metal brushes should be avoided. Grips should be washed in soap and water (no solvents). The club head finish is subject to wear under normal use. If graphite shafts were purchased, please use care when cleaning. Graphite shafts can chip or scratch. We recommend the use of long neck head covers to help reserve the finish on graphite shafts.
Responsibility of the Consumer: The consumer’s responsibility under this warranty shall be, in the instance of a warranty claim, to notify American Golf Exchange of the specific defect, malfunction, failure in use or other manner in which the terms of the warranty are violated. In the event of a warranty claim, you must contact our customer service department by email at email@example.com or by phone at 810-991-1376 for a return authorization. Buyer is responsible for return shipping, to the address below (NOTE: For items shipped Internationally, Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to warranty claims). The merchandise will then be inspected for defects. In the event of a defect, the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to you or a refund shall be applied, at our cost. To obtain a return authorization number, the following information must be provided.

Note: Club length alterations given are in inches. For example, +1.75" means that your clubs should be made to be 1.75" longer than standard length. A -0.5" instructs us to build your clubs to be 0.5" shorter than standard length. And a S means that the proper club length for you is Standard. Add On Clubs
If you select an ‘add on club’ option on a listing, the add on club will be made to match the length and flex that was selected for the main item ordered (Ex. If you order a Men’s Right-Hand, Stiff Flex, Tall +1.5” golf club set and you select an option to add on a #7 Wood, you will receive a Men’s Right-Hand, Stiff Flex, Tall +1.5” #7 Wood).
Q:How is club length for a specific individual determined?
A: Club length is determined mostly by the ball striking ability of the golfer. The longer the club, the harder it is to make a clean hit on the sweet spot. It is much easier to strike the ball on the center of the face with a shorter club. A golfer, short in height, with a good ball striking ability, can handle a club that is 1/2 to 1 inch longer than standard. A tall golfer with a high handicap would be able to connect with the sweet spot more easily using a shorter club. Ideally, the clubs should be as long as is consistent with his swing - the longer the clubs, the greater the potential for long shots - and the greater the potential for loss of control. A really long drive out of bounds into the trees is a lot less desirable than a shorter drive right down the fairway!
Q:What is flex?
A: Flex is the bending action of the shaft in relation to the speed of the golfer's swing. Like torque, the amount of shaft flex necessary to make good ball contact depends on how much clubhead speed the golfer generates.
Q:If the order is a gift, will the prices be visible to the gift recipient?
A: If the order is intended to be a gift and you do not want the prices to be visible to the gift recipient, then please write a note in the comments section at checkout indicating this.

Q: What to do if I never received an order confirmation, but I see multiple charges?
A: Every once in a while when placing an order, the order page will keep loading and customers are tempted to re-click the submit / place order button, resulting in multiple transactions.
We are aware of this and watch for duplicate orders. If we see duplicate payments we usually void them promptly. Please note that all orders come into our system as "Authorizations". The account is not billed until we verify the order and inventory availability.
